Editing Cult of Rakdos (section)

==Structure==
Saying the Cult of Rakdos has structure is like saying an orgy has structure, but is generally gathered into a loose series of nine like-minded groups called "rings", which are each led by a ringmaster. Rings are typically entirely self-sufficient and usually had their own support networks attached, all of whom defending their territory from others and more often than not each other, usually using groups of thugs called Spikers.

While none of them were named, many of them did much of the same stuff:
* '''The Diversion Clubs''': Five Rings serviced these nightmarish-nightclub-pub-peep-shows, and were typically popular all around.
* '''The Carnariums''': Three Rings serviced the 18+ venues, which given what the Diversion Clubs were liked meant that you were seeing some crazy shit in here. At minimum, you could get a tattoo and maybe your dick sucked. At worst, you're walking out without an arm...but you also got your dick sucked.
* '''The Torturers''': The last ring was in charge of this, though they were usually being run by the Bloodwitches. Pretty much just a murder cult.

The Eternal Guild Master and Parun, Rakdos is a fatass demon who's been around almost as long as Niv-Mizzet, but only got a fraction of his exposure. Likes to PARTY HARD and call for increasingly violent and sensual performances. Like Niv, Rakdos has a card from Ravnica and another from Return.

[http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=185812 then wizards at some point printed a legendary creature, that is a demon, plays well with Hellbent, and is in Rakdos Colors] that, colors aside, has no connection to the Cult of Rakdos.

His second card is a 6/6 flying trample legendary creature for 4 mana that basically gives your creatures the not key worded ability "pain cast". That being said, his fairly low CMC doesn't make him super easy to cast (on account of color restrictions) and the fact he can only be cast if an opponent has lost life this turn.

Typically the most notable guild champions for the Cult of Rakdos were the Bloodwitches, who are the closest thing to an advisor Rakdos can even tolerate. As a result, they are typically the "sanest" members of the cult, while also usually being the most openly cruel; vying for power for both the cult and themselves within the city while also within the cult itself. 
* Hekara: The current representative of Rakdos. A bubbly, ditzy bimbo who's had eyes for both Ral Zarek and Vraska while as a Razorwitch, something neither had much interest in because ''jesus christ have you read the rest of this page''. Briefly died and that bummed Radkos out, so many planeswalkers had to go bring her body back so she could be resurrected as a Bloodwitch. When Exava got beat down by Jace, she took her spot.
* Exava: The most openly powerful and the maze runner for Rakdos. When she got beat by Jace, she lost her job as representative, but apparently still kept her usual deal.
* Izolda: Previously the guild rep before Exava; a suitably nuts guildmarm who wanted to bring the big man back to do a little chaos on his own. Got merk'd during the Decamillennial and fucking eaten by the rest of the guild.

A notorious spiker gang leader of the Cult. She likes to have a good time the Rakdos way. Fun police at your own (and your loved ones') risk.
