==Blackout==
Setting his plan to eradicate the city of the lawful supers who ended his entrepreneurial plans, Blackout begins searching for worthy supers to join his cause. Along the way, he taps into the communications system of the Hyperion City Prison using his DAWN system. There, he tries to barter the services of the Rush during Typhon's raid upon the U-Block. Unfortunately, the plan doesn't go through, but it is certain that Blackout has other avenues to seek help in his task.
