Start with blocks of Gospodars(With Shields, halberds if you don't think the enemy has arrows). 
Kossar place behind to cover flanks and provide cover fire(no one wants to charge or counter charge archers with Greatweapns) 

the question of winged Lancers or Druzhina comes down to how good is your anvil or need money for other units.

Chekist should always be included to prevent the Gospodars Anvil from breaking.
