He grew up among above average family, in above average ways. ( Hey, he was a dynast who's parents were Dragonblooded!)and was expected to exalt in the above average away and do above average thing. Sadly, he was of below average intelligence, and he believed the tales told of his late father, the Crashing Avalanche of Juche, Ragara Calel Tagioma, and his Heroic excellence. This particular belief was to garner him a great deal of trouble. Shortly after graduating from the Pasiap's Stair ( He failed the entrance exam's to the House of Bells due to being something of a dullard. An incredible coverup by his family keeping it from being scandal.) However, stories of Heroism, combined with a rather simple mind do not the best Dynast make. At least without someone leading him by the nose. So during a barbarian incursion into a colony... I mean satrapy... He was to pull out, leaving a town to the mercy of the savages. He managed to convince his commanding officer, to say bollocks to that, and stand their ground. The consequences were dire. Not for the townsfolk, they were happy as pigs in shit, but to the dragonblooded officer core. Well, lets just say that if it weren't for his likability, his family, and his fathers good name, he might be serving with the Red Piss Legion now. As it stood, he got sent south as sort of a vacation/educational exercise. His relatives, hoped he'd smarten up, but, even if that proved unlikely, at least he would remain out of the lime light.
