She was intrigued by how people so different, in places so separated, all suffered the same, how their reality was ultimately shaped by a few universal principles. Following the steps of her mentor, she developed her artistic talents by learning music, poetry and dance, although her creations usually had a distinct tone of loss and mourning. She kept on travelling, observing, and learning. Until that fateful day, when her tutor told her she was ready to see the true face of the world. === Appearance === Iris is a rather short girl in her twenties. Her violet-tinted eyes are her most notorious trait, enhanced by the dark hair surrounding her head, reaching and resting on her shoulders. Her slim body is covered by a silken robe, but apart from that expensive looking piece of clothing, whatever possessions she carries with her look more practical and down-to-earth than fancy. She favors swords, and usually carries a daiklave sheathed at her waist.
