==Aoskan Relics== Despite Aoskar having been destroyed, two relics remain of the God of Portals. The first is the Blood of Aoskar; found in bottles, this eerily wine-like divine ichor is reputed to act as a universal key for any portal found in Sigil. The second is the Heart of Aoskar; a clockwork heart of gold and silver the size of a human head, studded with countless keyholes and movable flaps that can be used to rearrange the available keyholes. Introduced in Dragon Magazine #339, activating this Minor Relic requires a DC 30 Open Lock check; if successful, the user and all within 15 feet are transported to a random plane, which the book states is "as per Plane Shift, but disregarding the boundaries of connecting planes". Exactly what this means is a little vague, but it can explicitly do things like transport the user directly from the Inner Planes to the Outer Planes.
