==Introduction==
The Scholomance of old was a flawed thing, quick to crumble as the modern world came into being, it's teachings easily forgotten and made useless.
Not so the new Scholomance. It focuses on three branches of Power: Magical Power, Knowledge, and Summoning Contracts.

To get to Scholomance or draw its attention is easy enough. A simple chant of "Scholomance beyond the lake, Scholomance my payment take. By Wand and Candle, Book and Bell, let Power come, and all be well." with the intent to go there creating a portal into one of the countless orientation rooms. Within will wait a Counselor, ready to talk to the new applicant and determine what is to be done.
 

After speaking with a Counselor, the Applicant will be given the opportunity to become a Transfer Student, Contractor, or both.
Transfer Students will be enrolled in courses within Scholomance fitting their goals and wants, learning everything from mundane matters like Literature and Mathematics, Magics like Healing, Elementalism, Alchemy and more, along with courses in technomagical workings and infrastructure.
Contractors gain the services of Scholomances Alumni for everything from personal tutors and bedmates, to bodyguards and generals. On an almost embarrassing amount of cases Scholomance will 'accidentally' grant free Contracts guaranteed to create sexual tension and satisfaction. Thankfully this rarely gets in the way of the intended purpose, though that is a small consolation to a Transfer Student who signed up for architecture finding that they are now linked to a party loving pixie.
The payment that Scholomance demands is equal to the services rendered. Sometimes it is physical, currency, rare materials, firstborn children given to the school, and tomes of knowledge. Other times it is promissory, requiring two years of good work for a year of studies, certain goals to be accomplished within or without Scholomance in a given time frame, and service to the school itself.
Always, without fail, is the soulbound oath to never share the teachings of Scholomance with another. Only the Applicants Chant may be shared freely, all else belongs to Scholomance, and in Scholomance it shall stay.


While Contractors may remain in their own world with the Alumni they have summoned, Transfer Students are given housing befitting their payment within Scholomance. From bunk bed stacked hallways to tropical villas and everything in between, housing is varied but provided. Scholomance is the quintessential college town, every industry and endeavor turned towards the support of the school.
   

The School itself is populated by both humans, and hundreds of types of creatures, each specialized to a certain degree. The healing and life focused Elves, the fiery and telepathic Tief, the starry eyed and dusky skinned Clayr and more. For every Power and aspect there is a race specialized to it, best at using it and teaching it. Interbreeding is easily accomplished with children randomly taking after one or the other of their parents and Scholomance itself making sure that no breed ever dies out, and occasionally creating a new one when it is required. All variations within races are to be found, though Scholomance seems to favor a 1.5 to 1 gender ratio in favor of more Females and always beings of beauty, be it otherworldly or uncanny at times.

The people are eager to serve, knowing their role as caretakers, teachers, and students within the great edifice that is Scholomance. Childhood is full of play and the rare glimpse at the outside through stories or a parents tale, or being in a class with a Transfer Student. As they grow they will learn their strengths and the technomagic that makes up Scholomance, choosing how high and far they wish to aim for themselves. Be it an aspiration as simple as a happy family and regular work week at a coffee shop, or mastery of Powers enough to stand by the Headmaster, Scholomance will guide them towards their goal.

When death takes them, it is not as it is in other realms. They have finally graduated, becoming the Alumni of Scholomance and find their forms turning to their true state, be it young playboy, withered professor, or other stage of life. Drawn into the fabric of Scholomance itself, the Alumni become the beings that are summoned by both the people of the school, and Contractors. Eager are they to be called thus, able to live and experience again while giving further aid to Scholomance and the Headmaster.
   


Alumni are the many creatures Scholomance produces, eager for Contracts with the current students and Contractors, though Transfer Students are particularly sought after for the chance to see something of the realms outside Scholomance.
Busty and eager Succubi that slept their way through the school.
Reserved yet passionate masters of various magical fields, taking fantastic forms to show their skill.
Demonic or Angelic looking bodyguards, well versed in martial combat.
Pointy eared and tall masters of illusion and politics.
Diminutive and adorable sprites that whisper poetry and culinary masterpieces.

All this and more, for whatever the Applicant desires in a Contract, Scholomance will already have within its stock of Alumni, or it will stretch time out to create the Alumni on the spot, ready and eager to fulfill their purpose.
